I arranged for a small group trip to stay in the Charonne Loft apartment. Both group leaders had a wonderful stay. Even more impressive is that our 4 fourteen year olds loved the digs as well. Rawlins was a wonderful host. She was easy to communicate with and upfront and fourthright. I highly recommend using her again.

This apartment (Charonne Loft) was wonderful, slept 6 very comfortably (could have had more and still been comfortable). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and there are several markets and bread stores within a short walk of the apartment. This is right around the corner from Pere Lachaise cemetery which is an amazing place. There is an outdoor market on Wednesdays and Saturdays that was also right around the corner from the apartment. It is a short (10 minute) walk to a very large Metro/RER station that gives you very quick, inexpensive access to all of Paris. We highly recommend this apartment – it is much roomier than the average Paris apartment and has a very private bedroom that is downstairs from the living/kitchen area and 2 other bedrooms right off the living area. The bathroom was clean and modern. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We had a great stay there and I would happily stay there again.

Rawlins, we had such an amazing time in Paris and we are very sad to say goodbye. The apartment was better than we expected and the location could not have been better. We felt like true Parisian elite for 2 weeks! All your suggestions were great and we especially enjoyed the restaurant you recommended in Cancale. It made our daughter’s 16th birthday extra special. We can’t wait to come back! Keep in touch and if you are ever in Los Angeles, give us a shout. Elizabeth

Your ability to fit a space so exactly to what we were looking for aesthetically, but also one which spoke to us emotionally was absolutely genius!! As first-timers to Paris – but ones who travel often – we dislike typical tourist attractions. You filled our stay with the Parisian charm and romance always gushed about as a foreigner, but simultaneously delighted our visit with details of the nooks & crannies of the city also. Your knowledge of Paris is admirable, and passion inspiring. Thank you for making it the trip of a lifetime. We will look forward to seeing you very soon!
